Ask an alumnus to host a work shadowing day

A student wants to shadow someone in architecture. You search your alumni network by industry, find three graduates working in the field, and send a structured hosting request — all without leaving TEX.

The alumnus receives the request through the portal, reviews the student's profile (with your approval), and confirms dates. The entire coordination happens in one place.

How it works

Search the alumni directory by industry, graduation year, or location.

Select an alumnus and click "Request Work Shadowing."

Customize the request with the student's details and preferred dates.

The alumnus reviews and responds through the portal.

Once confirmed, TEX creates the placement record and notifies all parties.
